By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bkt1 platform — including the website at bkt1.net, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all services offered therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the bkt1 platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire and binding agreement between you (the player) and bkt1 with respect to the use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether oral or written — between you and bkt1.

Your continued use of the bkt1 platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to bkt1 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account on bkt1, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. bkt1 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify your age. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending resolution.

2.2 Registration Process

To access the full range of bkt1 services — including real-money betting, deposits, and withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. All information provided must be truthful, current, and complete.

2.3 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) bkt1 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. bkt1 employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited without prior notice.

2.4 Residency

bkt1 is a platform designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the bkt1 platform complies with the laws applicable in their location. bkt1 does not make any representation that the services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bkt1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bkt1 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify bkt1 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3.2 Accuracy of Account Information

You must keep all personal information associated with your bkt1 account accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your registered mobile number (used for withdrawal verification via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) and your email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bkt1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, a driver's licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed, and bkt1 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time during the account lifecycle.

3.4 Prohibited Account Use

Your bkt1 account is strictly personal and may not be transferred to, shared with, or used by any other individual. You may not use your bkt1 account for any commercial purpose, including operating on behalf of a third party, acting as an agent or intermediary, or running any form of syndicate or coordinated betting operation. Any activity of this nature will result in immediate account closure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bkt1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The minimum deposit amount via bKash or Nagad is ৳200. The minimum deposit via Rocket or Upay is ৳300. The minimum deposit via Visa or Mastercard is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bkt1 account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the mobile financial service provider. Deposits via Rocket and Upay may take up to 10 minutes to reflect. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard typically process within one to five minutes. bkt1 does not charge any fee on incoming deposits, however your mobile banking provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within one to four hours of approval. Withdrawals via Rocket and Upay are processed within two to six hours. Card withdrawals follow standard bank processing timelines which may vary by issuing bank. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review prior to processing. bkt1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

4.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds used are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment account used (bKash number, Nagad number, bank card). bkt1 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered to the account holder may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As a general rule, bkt1 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If a deposit was made via bKash, the withdrawal will be sent to the same bKash number. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by bkt1 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms and a promotion-specific page, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your bkt1 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before any portion of those funds — or winnings derived from those funds — may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Eligible Games and Bet Types

Not all games and bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked toward wagering requirements; live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute between 10% and 20%; sports bets may be subject to minimum odds requirements to qualify. Specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion page.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active on your bkt1 account at any given time. If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, you may not opt in to a second bonus until the first is either completed or forfeited. bkt1 reserves the right to automatically cancel a subsequently claimed bonus if this rule is violated.

5.5 Abuse of Bonuses

Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers through systematic low-risk play designed solely to extract bonus value — including but not limited to matched betting using casino bonuses, arbitrage betting across markets, or coordinated multi-account bonus accumulation — will have their bonus balance forfeited and their account flagged for review. bkt1 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation in such cases.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bkt1 — including sports bets, casino game wagers, and crash game stakes — are final once confirmed. bkt1 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet or wager except where a clear technical error is identified and documented by the bkt1 platform team. The outcome of all bets is determined by the authoritative result source for the relevant event or game.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets on bkt1 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers test and ODI matches, and other international fixtures. Live in-play markets are available on selected matches. Odds are updated in real time. bkt1 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void individual bets, or cancel entire markets in the event of match abandonment, postponement, verified corruption, or data feed failure beyond bkt1's reasonable control.

6.3 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games available on bkt1 — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Red Tiger; live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play; and crash games including Aviator by Spribe — use certified random number generation. Published RTP rates for all RNG games are accurate as provided by the respective game studio. bkt1 does not modify game mathematics or RTP values.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and game categories on bkt1. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface prior to placing a wager. bkt1 reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming interventions or risk management decisions.

6.5 Dispute Resolution for Game Outcomes

Any dispute relating to a game outcome, bet settlement, or wager result must be raised with the bkt1 support team within 14 calendar days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. bkt1's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the governing law provisions set out in Section 12 of these Terms & Conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bkt1 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means.
• Exploiting technical glitches, software bugs, or misconfigured odds to generate artificial winnings.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity relating to sporting events covered by bkt1.
• Using the bkt1 platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or interfere with the bkt1 platform's software or infrastructure.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after genuine gambling activity has taken place.

8.1 Suspension by bkt1

bkt1 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or AML concern, all funds in the account may be frozen pending investigation.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bkt1 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, provided that all KYC verification requirements have been met and no outstanding disputes are pending.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through their bkt1 account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is activated, the account is immediately restricted from all betting, deposits, and promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion period. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. bkt1 will send email notification to the registered address before any dormancy action is taken. A dormant account administration fee may be applied on a monthly basis after the initial 12-month period. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

All content on the bkt1 platform — including but not limited to the bkt1 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bkt1 or its licensed content partners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Red Tiger). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bkt1 platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bkt1 content; create derivative works based on bkt1 platform elements; use the bkt1 brand name or logo in any manner not expressly authorised in writing; or scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the bkt1 platform.

Any unauthorised use of bkt1's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bkt1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bkt1 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; loss of profits; or any other intangible losses, even if bkt1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bkt1's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bkt1 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While bkt1 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, network disruptions, and force majeure events may affect availability from time to time. bkt1 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance via the platform.

bkt1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bkt1 will update the effective date shown at the top of this document and, where the changes significantly affect player rights or obligations, will notify registered players via email to the address on file.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the bkt1 platform following the publication of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revision, you must stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing terms, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in the platform's available payment methods or game library — may be made without specific player notification. Such amendments take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the bkt1 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bkt1 operates as a platform targeting players in Bangladesh and takes reasonable steps to ensure its services are consistent with the expectations of that market.

In the event of a dispute between you and bkt1, you should first contact the bkt1 support team at [email protected] with a clear written description of your complaint. bkt1 will acknowledge receipt within two business days and aims to reach a resolution within five business days of receiving full documentation of the complaint.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the bkt1 internal complaints process within 28 days of first submission, you may seek resolution through an independent dispute mechanism. bkt1 encourages all players to attempt resolution through the internal process before escalating.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded. All rights reserved by bkt1 under these Terms & Conditions are exercised in accordance with applicable legal requirements and do not override any mandatory statutory protections available to you.
